  • Make sure you connected the WiFi signal of WAVLINK device.

  • Please make sure you entered the correct URL.

  • If log in by phone and the log-in page doesn't appear, turn off your mobile network and try again.

1.Restart your modem (wait 5 minutes). Disconnect extra Ethernet cable connection from the modem.

2.Test by connecting a computer directly to the modem. If issues persist, contact your ISP.

3.Check the router's web management page:

  • Verify Internet icon status on the home page.
  • If it is blue, set DNS1 to 8.8.8.8 and DNS2 to 8.8.4.4 under More > Network > Internet > Custom DNS.
  • If it is gray, check hardware or contact ISP.

4.For cable modems, clone the MAC address of the device which could get Internet from the modem via Ethernet cable in More > Network > Internet > MAC Clone > Custom MAC, then reboot modem and router.

Q3.How do I restore the device to factory default setting?

  • Press and hold the reset button of the device for 6 seconds.

Q4.What can I do if I forget my administration management password?

Please reset the device, the default password is admin.

Q5.How do I find the best location for my device?

Please put your device in a relatively open space to avoid obstacles such as metal objects, reinforced concrete walls and so on.

Q6.Why the flow monitoring is inaccurate?

  • The Hardware NAT Settings' default open status leads to the absence of monitored data. If you wanna keep the flow monitoring accurate, you have to turn off the Hardware NAT Settings function manually, which inevitably will increase the CPU usage.
