Q1: What should I do if the monitors connected to the docking station do not work?
A1: 1.Please make sure that the USB-C port on your laptop supports video output. Not all USB-C ports have this capability.
2.Please use the USB-C cable included with your WAVLINK device.
Q2: Why do my external monitors show the same content when I connect the WAVLINK device to my MacBook?
A2: This is expected behavior due to a limitation in macOS. macOS does not fully support MST, so the external monitors may mirror each other instead of extending independently.
Q3: Why isn't my laptop charging when I connect the power adapter to the hub?
A3: Please make sure that the USB-C port on your laptop supports charging. Not all USB-C ports support this function.
Q4: When I connect three monitors to the docking station, one monitor does not turn on. What should I do?
A4: Please make sure that your GPU supports 4 displays (including the built-in laptop screen), as not all GPUs can support 4 displays simultaneously. If your GPU supports a maximum of 3 displays, try closing the laptop lid to enable all three external monitors.
