Q1. What should I do if I forget the username and password of the Access Controller?
- You can use the Reset Button to restore the default settings. Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds.
Q2. What if the LEDs on the AC controller do not display properly?
- Check if the power cable of the AC controller is connected correctly.
- If you use your own power adapter, please check the power supply matches the power required by the Access Controller, normal values are 100-240V~50/60Hz.
Q3. Why does the login page not appear after entering http://wavlogin.link?
- If your computer is connected to the AP device wirelessly, please make sure you have connected to the AP's SSID.
- If your computer connects the AC controller via Ethernet cable, make sure the connection is stable.
- Make sure your computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically.
- Recommend you use the default IP address 192.168.10.1 to log in. In Bridge Mode, please connect the Access Controller to the host router and enter the host router's DHCP client list to get the device's current IP address.
- If the problem persists, reset the product and try again.
