Q1: My monitor is not working when it is connected.

Q2: When I connect two or three monitors to the docking, all the external monitors show the same content, why this happen?

A: It is as expected the mac does not support MST, all external monitors will show the same content if you connect them to the WAVLINK device.

Q3: Docking Station Fails to Charge Laptops.

A:① Please ensure the Type-C port of your laptop supports charging(Power Delivery Protocol).
