Q1. Can this Network Adapter work on mobile phones?
- A1. Compatibility-tested on PC only; not tested on mobile phones.
Q2. Does the Network Adapter support PXE?
- A2. The 5G Network Card supports the UEFI PXE function, which is related to the computer's BIOS. If it cannot be implemented, try updating the computers BIOS or contact the host manufacturer.
Q3. I can't get 5Gbps speeds through my Wavlink device. What should I do?
A3.
- Make sure the router/switch/Ethernet cable supports 5Gbps or higher.
- Connect the adapter to the host Type-C port that supports 10Gbps or higher spec.
- Try installing the driver manually.
