Q1: My monitor is not working when it is connected
A1: Check to ensure that your PC or laptop has at least a USB-C port which support DisplayPort Alt mode.

Q2: MacBook can't extend multiple external monitors which mirror the same screen content
A2:MacOS only supports single-stream transport(SST), which means it can only support an extended display over a single Type-C MST hub.The second monitor will be a mirror image of the first monitor even the Type-C MST dock has multiple display output interfaces.

Q3. Docking station fails to charge laptops
A3.
① Please ensure your PC or laptop has at least a USB-C port that supports USB-C charging(USB Power Delivery Protocol).
② If the dock has a USB-C PD IN port, and the USB-C power supply is not included. Please use the original USB-C power adapter of your PC or prepare your own USB-C power adapter to connect the docking.

Q4. The resolution is lower than advertised
A4:
① Check if your computer's graphics card supports the appropriate version of DisplayPort(DP) and whether it is compatible with DSC(Display Stream Compression) technology.
② Check to ensure that the cable meets the required standard. For example, 3840×2160@60Hz requires an HDMI 2.0 cable.
③ Check if your monitor supports the expected resolutions.
