Q1. Can this Adapter work on mobile phones?

  • A2. The 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter supports the UEFI PXE function, relating to the computer’s BIOS driver. If it cannot be implemented, try updating the computer’s BIOS-related driver or contact the host manufacturer.

Q3. Is this adapter compatible with my devices?

  • A3. It works with most USB-C devices (e.g.: MacBooks, Windows/Linux laptops). Verify your USB-C port supports USB4 or Thunderbolt 3/4/5.

Q4. Do I need special hardware or cables to achieve 10G speed?

  • A4. Yes. Ensure your router/switch, Ethernet cable (Cat6a/Cat7), and network interface support 10GBase-T. Internet speed depends on your service plan.
