  1. Make sure you should connect the Wi-Fi signal of WAVLINK device.
  2. Make sure you should enter the URL in the address bar but not the search bar.
  3. Make sure you entered the current URL.
  4. Try to use http://192.168.20.1 to log in the management page.
  5. If you try to log in by phone,please turn off your mobile network and try to log in again.
  6. If you try to log in by your PC/laptop,please disconnect other internet connection.
  7. Make sure the VPN should be disabled.

Q2. What can I do if I can not access the Internet?

  1. Restart your modem (wait 5 minutes). Disconnect extra Ethernet cable connection from the modem.
  2. Test by connecting a computer directly to the modem via Ethernet cable. If you still could not get internet,there might some issue with the modem,please contact the ISP.
  3. If Router B (connected to the same modem) can access the Internet, connect its WAN port to this product’s LAN port. The product will auto-detect Router B’s WAN MAC address. Log into the web interface, go to More > Network > Internet > MAC Clone > Custom MAC, and select the MAC address of Router B. (If multiple MAC addresses are detected, disconnect all other wired devices connected to the product and retain only Router B connection.) Once applied, restart the modem and this device.

Q3. How do I restore the device to factory default setting?

  • Press and hold the reset button of the device for 6 seconds.

Q4. What can I do if I forget my administration management password?

  • Please reset the device.

Q5. How do I find the best location for my device?

  • Please put your device in a relatively open space to avoid obstacles such as metal objects, reinforced concrete walls and so on.

Q6. What should I do if I can't have access to http://192.168.20.1 on my android phone?

  • We suggest you turn off your mobile Network first before you set up the network, then turn it on when the configuration is done.

Q7. Why the flow monitoring is inaccurate?

  • The Hardware NAT Settings' default open status leads to the absence of monitored data. If you wanna keep the flow monitoring accurate, you have to turn off the Hardware NAT Settings function manually, which will inevitably increase the CPU usage.
