Q1: Can the Dock's USB ports connect USB flash disk or mobile HDD?
A1: Yes, Steam Deck only supports the use of USB external mobile hard disk, U disk and other storage devices in the desktop mode, and game mode only supports the TF card.
Q2: Why does the product heat up at work?
A2: Electronic product usually produces heat at work. Multiple internal functional modules are stored in this product, which results in a high heat temperature, What's more, the housing of the product is metal with a higher sensible temperature, this is a normal phenomenon.

A3: Generally, the display can't reach resolution of 3840X2160@144Hz at the first connection. Please enter the desktop mode, set resolution and refresh rate, then the display can reach 3840X2160@144Hz
Q4: Does this Steam Deck dock support charging while playing?
A4: Yes. This Steam Deck supports charging and playing at the same time.
Q4: ls it possible to directly connect my Steam Deck with the protection case to this dock?
A4: This dock is compatible with mostly Steam Deck's protection cases on the market(Regular thickness in 2.5mm). You can directly connect dock without removing case.
