1. What should I do if the dhcp of my router is disabled?

(1) Connect a CAT5e/6 Cable to the RJ45 Port on the Print Server and to a Computer.

(2) Set your network adapter to the following settings:

IP Address: 169.254.10.xxx

Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0.

Gateway: n/a (3) Access to the web interface by entering the IP address that you have got into the address bar of a browser.

(4) Please go to Network and choose “Disable” for “DHCP setting” then click Submit. Next enter the corressponding ip address and the subnet mask and click Submit again.

(5) Change the IP address for your network adapter back to its original IP address.

(6) Disconnect the CAT5e/6 Cable from the computer, then connect it to a RJ45 Port on a Router or Network Device.

(7) Add the printer by using the specific steps of Operating System.

2. How to reset the printer server?

Please press the reset button for 6-10s.
