Q1.What should I do if the monitors connected to the docking station do not work?
A1.Please make sure that the USB-C port on your laptop supports video output. Not all USB-C ports have this capability.
Q2.Why do my external monitors show the same content when I connect the WAVLINK device to my MacBook?
A2.This is expected behavior due to a limitation in macOS. macOS does not fully support MST, so the external monitors may mirror each other instead of extending independently.
Q3.Why isn't my laptop charging when I connect the power adapter to the hub?
A3.Please make sure that the USB-C port on your laptop supports charging. Not all USB-C ports support this function.
Q4. When I connect four monitors to the docking station, one or two monitors do not turn on. What should I do?
A4. The number of displays a GPU supports is limited. Different GPUs support different numbers of displays. If your GPU supports a maximum of 3 displays, try closing the laptop lid to enable three external monitors. If your GPU supports a maximum of 4 displays, try closing the laptop lid to enable all your external monitors.
